Generally, returns are free. If we have a courier agreement in your country/region, we will arrange a return pick up for you, so it is important that you contact us for any returns you wish to make.
We may also request that you send the package to an address we provide using a courier service we recommend wherein the receiver (our warehouse) pays for the shipping fee. Again, it is important that you contact us first in order to start the return procedure.
We may also provide you with a return form that you will need to include in the returning package. The return form will need to be printed out and filled in so that our warehouse can properly identify your return and report it to us. If you do not have access to a printer, you may instead write down the requested information on a clean sheet of paper.
For customers in the EU:
Please contact our support team and follow the return procedure for free returns. A return label and/or a free return procedure will be provided to you.
Free returns must be done via the national post, otherwise, other types of couriers, such as DHL, will ask you to pay for the return.
Please mention to the post office that you want to ship the package via IBRS (International Business Reply Service). Moreover, with this kind of shipping method, no barcode is needed.
As we already have a return procedure in place for customers in the EU, kindly note that the customer is subject to any shipping fees incurred if the return is sent via a different courier or procedure other than what we have requested.
For customers outside the EU:
Gaston Luga will either have an arrangement with a local courier or we may ask you to send your return via a shipping method we recommend, and then we will reimburse any return shipping costs via PayPal as long as a copy of the receipt is provided to Customer Support.
If you prefer to return the package via a courier or method other than what we request, kindly note that you will be subject to the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. Please make sure to contact us first at email@example.com if you wish to return your order.
