You have the right to exchange or return any product you have purchased directly from www.gastonluga.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels – and in the same condition as when the product was received.
If you are simply exchanging for a different color, please go ahead and contact us to process an exchange. It may be simpler (and is usually faster) to just request a return and full refund, and purchase the preferred color separately on the website.
If you wish to change to a different backpack model with a different price tag (ex: Spläsh to Rullen), we will recommend that you request a return for a full refund, and then you can simply make a new purchase for the bag that you want.
Gaston Luga AB (Gaston Luga) does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. However, we will accept and recognize any proof of posting or tracking information that you may be able to provide. If you are only partially returning your order, we will need to have the return confirmed by the warehouse before we proceed with an exchange/refund.
