Return shipment may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered back to our warehouse and reported to us.
As soon as we get confirmation from the warehouse that the return has been received, we then proceed with the next step of the return/exchange.
Always give any shipping receipts and tracking information to Customer Support. If you are returning everything in your order, please provide the proof of posting to your Customer Support agent and talk to them about expediting the process so that you can receive your refund or exchange item sooner.
If you requested a refund:
Please also note that after we have issued the refund, it will take time before the amount is reflected in your bank account/statement. Refund processing time usually does not take more than 5 banking days, however it is not within our control. Please contact your bank or card issuer if the refund has not been received after that time frame.
If you requested an exchange:
We will arrange to send you the item you have requested. Our warehouse will treat it like any other order and you will receive a shipment email with tracking information once the package is shipped out.
