Normally when a tracking number yields no results or shows up as invalid on the courier's website, it means that the package is still in transit.
The courier can only record the package's progress at certain checkpoints, such as when the package passes through customs or is received at port.
Once your order arrives in your country, it will undergo customs inspection. After clearance, the delivery will be handled by the courier with the provided tracking number.
In most cases, the package can only be tracked after it has cleared customs and arrived in your country. If you are unable to track your package, please wait at least 5–7 days and try checking the tracking information again.
If you have any more questions on the delivery, please reach out to the courier via their communication channels.
