Once your order has been processed, the items ordered will be dispatched by our warehouse. You will then receive a Shipment Notification email from us with the tracking information for your order, including the courier name and the tracking number for your package.
You may then contact the courier directly or look up the tracking number on their website. Please note that it may take some time before the tracking information is updated. We recommend waiting 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking information before checking the status on the courier website.
For countries where packages are shipped from overseas, tracking will only be available after the package has passed customs control and has been handed over to the courier.
