Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Therefore, it is important that you contact us before making any return.
In some cases, we may ask you to send the package to an address we provide using a courier service we recommend. Please make sure to contact us first at info@gastonluga.com if you wish to return your order.
The return address may be in a different country from your location. We will most likely provide the origin warehouse address for the return. Please click here to see which country your order will be returned to.
We may also provide you with a return form that must be included in the return package. This form needs to be printed and filled in so our warehouse can correctly identify your return and report it to us. If you do not have access to a printer, you may write the required information clearly on a clean sheet of paper instead.
