Generally, returns are free. If we have a courier agreement in your country/region, we will arrange a return pick up for you, so it is important that you contact us for any returns you wish to make.
We may also request that you send the package to an address we provide using a courier service we recommend wherein the receiver (our warehouse) pays for the shipping fee. Again, it is important that you contact us first in order to start the return procedure.
We may also provide you with a return form that you will need to include in the returning package. The return form will need to be printed out and filled in so that our warehouse can properly identify your return and report it to us. If you do not have access to a printer, you may instead write down the requested information on a clean sheet of paper.
For customers in the EU:
Please contact our support team to initiate the return process. For countries where IBRS (International Business Reply Service) is available, we will provide instructions to return the item using this method, which allows for free returns via the national postal service—no barcode is required, just mention "IBRS" at the post office.
If IBRS is not available in your country, we will kindly ask you to return the item using a standard shipping method of your choice. Once you provide a copy of the shipping receipt, we will reimburse the return shipping cost via PayPal.
Kindly note that if the return is made using a different courier (e.g., DHL or FedEx) without prior arrangement, any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
For customers outside the EU:
Gaston Luga will either have an arrangement with a local courier or we may ask you to send your return via a shipping method we recommend, and then we will reimburse any return shipping costs via PayPal as long as a copy of the receipt is provided to Customer Support.
If you prefer to return the package via a courier or method other than what we request, kindly note that you will be subject to the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. Please make sure to contact us first at info@gastonluga.com if you wish to return your order.
