You have the right to return any product you have purchased directly from www.gastonluga.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product separately.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels – and in the same condition as when the product was received.
Gaston Luga AB (Gaston Luga) does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. However, we will accept and recognize any proof of posting or tracking information that you may be able to provide. If you are only partially returning your order, we will need to have the return confirmed by the warehouse before we proceed with a refund.
Return addresses by region:
- EU orders: Returned to our warehouse in the Czech Republic.
- Singapore orders: Returned to our distributor in Singapore.
- Taiwan orders: Returned to our distributor in Taiwan.
- Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Korea, and rest of Asia orders: Returned to our warehouse in China.
- Japan orders: Returned within Japan.
- USA and Canada orders: Returned to our warehouse in the United States.
